ARTICLE 1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

Audits shall be conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally
accepted in the United States of America, the standards set forth in
Government Auditing Standardsissued by the Comptroller General of the
United States, and the provisions of this chapter.
