s 20120. Open Meetings of Committees, Commissions, and Advisory
Bodies.

(a) State Board Committees. Meetings of State Board committees composed
solely of members of the State Board, created by a formal action of the
State Board, shall be open and public.

(b) Advisory Bodies. Unless otherwise provided by law, meetings of any
advisory body, or committees or subcommittees thereof, created by statutes
or by formal action of the State Board, to advise or report or recommend
to the State Board, shall be open and public.
