s 20192. Public Library Withdrawal from System Membership.

(a) If a member library does not retain its membership in any System
participating in the programs of the Act, the System shall notify the
State Board no later than three months preceding the beginning of the
fiscal year in which the withdrawal takes effect.

(b) Any System failing to provide the notice required in Section 20192(a)
may be required to return to the State Board any funds allocated to it on
the basis of the withdrawing library's membership, if the Chief Executive
Officer determines that such funds would not have been allocated had the
required notice been provided.
