The Teachers' Retirement Board shall meet at least once every calendar
quarter at such times as it may determine. The meetings shall be presided
over by a chairperson elected by the Teachers' Retirement Board from among
its members. In the event of absence from a meeting of the chairperson,
the vice chairperson, elected by the Teachers' Retirement Board from among
its members, shall act as presiding officer and perform all other duties
of the chairperson.
