ARTICLE 13. ELECTION OF MEMBERS TO THE TEACHERS' RETIREMENT BOARD

Teachers' Retirement Board (Board) member elections shall be conducted by
the Election Coordinator designated by the Chief Executive Officer in
accordance with this Article.
The Election Coordinator shall conduct the elections in the most
cost-effective manner feasible.
