The Student Aid Commission finds that the State Student Incentive Grant
Program as authorized by Title IV, Part A, Subpart 3, of the Higher
Education Act of 1965 as amended (20 U.S.C., 1070c-107c-3), will not
interfere with or jeopardize the continuation of the Cal Grant Program
established under Sections 69530 through 69547 of the State Education
Code.
