s 40060. California Maritime Academy: Special Provisions and
Exceptions from Other California State University Regulations.

Notwithstanding any other provision of Division 5 of Title 5 of the
California Code of Regulations, the California Maritime Academy, by
recommendation of its president after consultation with the academy's
academic senate on issues within its purview, and approval of the
chancellor, may establish separate fees, academic and professional
training requirements, and student regulations deriving from its
specialized mission.
