s 40758. High School Students.
A high school student may be admitted to a campus prior to
graduation from
high school for the purpose of enrolling in a special program,
when the
student is recommended for admission by the principal of the
high school
and the student's preparation and ability are such that in
the judgment of
the appropriate campus authority, the probability of the student's
academic success at the campus is equivalent to that of students
under
Section 40753. Such admission is only for such special program.
