Notwithstanding any other provision of this Subchapter; the Chancellor
may, for the purpose of recognizing applicants whose high school academic
achievement has been outstanding, authorize campuses to issue an early
admission commitment to such applicants conditional upon earning the high
school diploma or its equivalent. The Chancellor shall establish criteria
for determining eligibility for such early admission commitment.
