s 300. Determination of Eligibility and Qualifications.

The Division of Farm and Home Purchases shall review and determine the
eligibility and qualifications of each applicant for a farm or home loan,
without regard for a previously issued certificate of eligibility. Each
applicant shall submit information, in such form or forms as the Division
may prescribe, which will enable it to determine the applicant's
eligibility and qualifications.
