s 305. Other Periods of Service.

Whenever a special benefit or consideration is conferred by statute for
two or more separate periods of service, each such period of service must
have occurred during a separate qualifying "war" period as prescribed by
statute and must meet all other statutory requirements therefor. However,
a less than honorable discharge, or a release from active duty under less
than honorable conditions, or a benefit, bonus, or compensation from
another state received for any such period of service will not necessarily
disqualify an applicant from eligibility under another such period of
service.
