s 344.4. Consequences of Failure to Respond or Otherwise Act.

Failure of junior lienholders to respond or otherwise act within any of
the periods prescribed by Sections 344.1, 344.2, and 344.3, above, shall
results in termination and forfeiture of their interest or interests in
the property.
