s 430. Determination of Eligibility and Qualifications.

The Division of Veterans Services shall review and determine the
eligibility and qualifications of each applicant for veterans' dependents'
educational assistance. Each applicant shall submit information, in such
form or forms as the Division may prescribe, which will enable it to
determine the applicant's eligibility and qualifications.
