s 435. Correspondence Courses.

Correspondence courses, other than through accredited institutions of
higher learning within the State of California, are not deemed
satisfactory or suitable under Section 892 of the Military and Veterans
Code. Each subject taken through an approved correspondence course must be
completed for credit toward the student's objective prior to payment of
any educational assistance allowance.
