s 460. Definition.

"State Veterans Cemetery" is any state owned and operated cemetery
constructed, expanded, or improved using funds provided by federal grant
under the "State Cemetery Grants Program" established by Title 38 Code of
Federal Regulations Part 39 "Aid To States For Establishment, Expansion,
And Improvement Of Veterans' Cemeteries".
