s 501.3. Applicant's Rights.

(a) Pursuant to Sections 70707, 71515, 72527, and 73523 of Title 22, CCR,
the Veterans Home shall not permit an applicant to, or resident of, the
Veterans Home to be illegally discriminated against or harassed on account
of physical or medical conditions.

(b) The Veterans Home shall protect the legal rights of all applicants,
including rights of confidentiality and privacy, as they relate to their
physical or medical condition.

(c) Applicants shall have the right to select their own primary care
physician and be allowed to participate in their plan of care.
