(a) All matters to be submitted for consideration of the State Board shall
be sent to the Secretary at least 10 days preceding a regular meeting of
the State Board, at California Library Services Board, P.O. Box 2037,
Sacramento, CA. 95809.

(b) Setting of Agenda. The agenda for regular meetings of the State Board
shall be set by the Chief Executive Officer at least 8 days prior to the
meeting.
