s 20314. Withdrawal from a Regional Library Network.
(a) If a member institution or public library jurisdiction
does not retain
its membership in a regional library network, the regional
library network
shall notify the state board within thirty days following
the official
action of the member and/or the regional library network.
(b) If a participating library does not retain its status
as a
participating library in a regional library network, the regional
library
network shall notify the state board within thirty days following
the
official action of the member on behalf of its participating
library
and/or the regional library network.
(c) For the purposes of determining the eligibility of an
institution or a
public library jurisdiction or a participating library to
receive services
and funds under the provisions of this chapter, a withdrawal
shall be
considered effective upon filing the notification with the
state board.
